Ezell Cottage, Seagrove Beach, Florida

The goal of this project was to create a small, under 1,000 square feet, traditionally styled Southern raised cottage. The house features an open Kitchen-Living room with a vaulted ceiling to help enlarge the perception of space. The Library/Guest Bedroom is left open to the main room to create a sense of volume and can be enclosed with the use of oversized pocket doors.
